Telephony support is provided free of charge and remotely as follows

  - Monday to Friday 7:30 to 18:30 hours
  - Saturday and Sunday 8:00 to 16:00 hours
- Emergencies, 24/7: support@callmyway.com
For other services or requests, previous authorizacion from end user, rates IVA included:
- Programmed remote support (carried out 24 hours after request)
  - US$56.5 per hour or event
- Remote emergency support (carried out 2 hours after request)
  - US$84.75 per hour or event
- Programmed in situ support (carried out 24 hours after request)
  - US$84.75 per hour or event, for the time our staff remains in your premises
- In situ emergency support (carried out 3 hours after request)
  - US$169.5 per hour or event, from the moment our staff leaves our offices.
